Thank you for visiting my page!
A little about myself- I am currently a fourth year medical student at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. I am originally from Seattle, WA but am currently situated in Columbus, OH for school where I am pursuing a career in general surgery. This coming March, before I start my residency, I will be riding my bike with Ride for World Health from San Diego, CA to Bethany Beach, DE, stopping in Columbus on the way to graduate.
A little about what I hope to accomplish- R4WH is an organization that has compelled me with its mission of philanthropy and its ambitious goal of creating multiple levels of dialogue about healthcare from our local communities to communities across the country and across the globe. Through the ride, I hope to meet people across the country who come from very different backgrounds than my own and begin a conversation about health and wellbeing. As a medical student and this year’s education chair, I see this as an unique and powerful way to start to serve and advocate for individuals within and beyond my community. As an avid traveler, I cannot wait to see the country in a way I have never before. With R4WH, I am thrilled to be riding this year with some amazing individuals who share my passion for advocacy and for adventure.
Thank you again for visiting this page. Any donation you make will go towards logistical costs of our ride and our beneficiaries Ti Kay Haiti and OSU’s Grief Neonatal Survival Program. I encourage you to learn more about our ride and our beneficiaries through our website or reaching out to me with questions at email@example.com.
R4WH would like to thank its donors!
